Project description
This application is a web-based project and issue management system designed to support organisations in planning, tracking, and delivering work through structured projects and tasks. It follows a Jira-style workflow model while remaining lightweight, modular, and tailored for extensibility.
The platform is built using PHP, Twig, MySQL, and Alpine.js, combining server-rendered interfaces with modern interactive behaviour. It is structured around organisations, projects, and issues, with role-based permissions and configurable workflows.
The system is intended to evolve into a fully functional internal tool for managing development work, operational tasks, and project delivery across multiple organisations.
